Carl is currently the manager for Wright Leeds, LLC, a consulting firm which specializes with helping healthcare startups to grow their businesses. Carl is adept at helping CEOs to achieve their mission statements, and he works hand-in-hand with senior level management to improve the business strategy at the core, improve upon cross-department workflow, and in the end make companies more successful.
Carl has over 35 years of experience across many different areas of business, including accounting, finance and management. He has held many roles throughout his career from early beginnings to C-Level positions like CEO and CFO for several different companies. His career is filled with successes, including being one of the 4 founders of a startup that grew into a $100M healthcare diagnostics company.
Mr. Iberger’s has successes across his career with creating lasting CEO partnerships that combine startup enterprises with late-stage private companies with entity sales and public offerings. Carl helps to guide healthcare businesses through early to late stage periods, through accelerated growth, and M&A activities.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Iberger served recently as a CEO from 2016 to 2022 for a genetic technology and cancer diagnostic company which finished a public reverse merger in 2017.
Mr. Iberger holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
In 2022, Carl launched his scholarship fund, The Carl Iberger Scholarship for Human Resources and Management.
